Job Summary
Support Lead role in a Part Time capacity at Five Below. Responsibilities include overseeing store associates to deliver WOW customer service, training crew on the B.E.S.T. experience, assisting with receiving and organizing stock, acting as Manager on Duty as needed, opening/closing store operations, onboarding and ongoing training, driving store sales, controlling expenses, merchandising collaboration with leadership, and maintaining store upkeep. Requires flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends; physical tasks such as stocking and stocking-room duties; and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Minimum 1 year of management experience and a High School diploma or equivalent are requested. Five Below is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
