Job Summary
Lead and train store crew to deliver the Five Below customer experience; oversee daily activities and store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock receiving/merchandising, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, drive sales through merchandising and staff performance, partner with store leadership, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; physical tasks include lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing ladders.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts)
