Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing crew members, ensuring they deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Handle store opening and closing procedures, including cash security and alarm setup, while driving sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Support associates with onboarding, training, and product knowledge, and manage stock by receiving, unpacking, and organizing new items. Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and sweeping. Requires a high school graduate with at least one year of management experience, flexible scheduling including weekends and overnight shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Starting hourly rate is $11.50.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Ability to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Ability to frequently operate cash register
- Ability to frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Ability to frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
- Ability to frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers
- Ability to exchange accurate information in these situations
