Support Lead Part Time

Support Lead at Five Below with part-time schedule responsible for ensuring crew wows customers through personal service, training on the BEST customer experience, overseeing daily store activities, receiving and organizing stock, serving as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing store operations, onboarding and ongoing training, driving sales and controlling expenses, partnering with store leadership on merchandising and operations, and maintaining stockroom and store facilities. Requires strong verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work flexible day/evening/weekend shifts; prior management experience preferred.
