Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations as the on-duty leader, training crew on top-tier customer service (B.E.S.T.), ensuring fast, friendly checkout, supervising associates, handling stock receiving and organization, opening/closing the store with cash security and alarms, guiding onboarding and ongoing training, driving sales while controlling expenses, and collaborating with leadership on merchandising and store procedures. Strong emphasis on managing staff performance, customer interactions, stock maintenance, and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required
