Job Summary
Support Lead part-time at Five Below responsible for wowing customers through personal service, training crew on the BEST experience, overseeing store associates, assisting with receiving and stocking, acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing duties (cash handling, alarms), onboarding and training of associates, driving store sales, coordinating with leadership on merchandising and operations, and maintaining store maintenance and stockroom organization. Requires high school graduate or equivalent, 1+ year of management experience, excellent communication, ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; physical ability to move up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a retail environment.
