Support Lead Part Time

Support Lead role at Five Below (Part Time) overseeing store operations and staff, training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout, opening/closing duties with cash handling and alarm setup, onboarding and ongoing training of associates, merchandising and driving sales, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities of store associates, ensuring quality customer service, assisting with receiving and stocking, maintaining stock room and store cleanliness, and coordinating with the store leadership team to optimize merchandising and staffing. Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and flexible scheduling. Physical duties include frequent cash register use, stocking merchandise, ladder access, and movement on the sales floor. Starting pay is $11.50/hour with part-time schedule flexibility including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
