Job Summary
Oversees daily store operations and customer service, trains crew on the BEST customer experience, acts as Manager on Duty, opens/closes the store, handles cash, assists with receiving and stocking, and supports onboarding and training of associates; drives store sales and coordinates merchandising with the store leadership team; performs various store maintenance tasks as needed; requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, creative thinking, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
