Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by ensuring crew members deliver exceptional customer service, managing opening and closing procedures, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Direct staff training on the B.E.S.T. experience, assist with receiving and organizing new stock, and drive sales through optimized merchandising and expense control. Perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and stocking merchandise while maintaining accurate cash registers. Requires 1+ years of management experience and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Hourly position starting at $11.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
