Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing associates, handling opening and closing procedures, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Ensure crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience through training and personal contact while driving sales via optimized merchandising and staff performance. Manage stock by receiving, unpacking, organizing new items, and performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning and moving merchandise. Support onboarding and ongoing training for associates to improve product knowledge and operational procedures. Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
