Job Summary
Support Lead Part Time at Five Below responsible for coaching crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, training and onboarding, overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing procedures including cash handling and securing the store, maintaining stock and merchandising, and partnering with store leadership to drive sales and manage expenses. The role requires managing staff, ensuring effective customer service, ensuring compliance with store policies, and adapting to a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts. Strong communication, multitasking, and creative problem-solving are essential, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment and to assist with merchandising and maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
