Job Summary
Support Lead (Part Time) at Five Below overseeing store operations and customer experience. Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensures fast, friendly checkout, supervises daily activities, assists with receiving and organizing stock, acts as Manager on Duty for store operations, opens/closes the store including cash handling and alarms, supports onboarding and training, drives sales and controls expenses, and collaborates with the store leadership team on merchandising and procedures. Requires High School graduate (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of management experience, excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking ability, creative thinking, and composure under pressure; must be available for a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
