Job Summary
Ensure all crew members deliver exceptional customer service by training staff on the B.E.S.T. experience and overseeing daily store operations. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, managing opening and closing procedures, cash security, and urgent issues while driving sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Handle receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure efficient sales floor placement. Support ongoing associate onboarding, maintain store cleanliness, and address customer inquiries. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, with a starting hourly wage of $13.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders
- Ability to position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Ability to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
