Job Summary
Part-time Support Lead responsible for overseeing store crew and delivering the Five Below customer experience. Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout, assists with receiving and stocking, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, oversees opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security, supports onboarding and training, drives sales by improving merchandising and customer service, collaborates with store leadership on operations and world-recovery initiatives, and maintains store cleanliness and stock room organization. Requires strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
