Job Summary
Supports lead responsibilities at Five Below in a part-time role: oversees crew performance and customer service quality, trains crew on the BEST customer service experience, assists with receiving and stocking, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, opens/closes the store, supports onboarding and ongoing training, drives sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service, and maintains store operations including maintenance and safety—requiring ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel; requires strong communication, multitasking, creativity, and composure under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
