Job Summary
Support Lead role at Five Below focusing on People and store operations: trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, oversees daily activities of store associates, assists with receiving and stocking, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, opens/closes the store, handles cash, supports onboarding and ongoing training, drives sales, and coordinates merchandising with the store leadership team. Requires management experience, strong communication, ability to multi-task, flexibility in schedule, and willingness to travel as needed. Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of management experience
