Job Summary
Oversee store operations and guest experience as a Support Lead in Bluffton, SC. Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, supervise daily activities of store associates, assist with receiving and stocking, serve as Manager on Duty when needed, manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security, support onboarding and training of associates, drive sales and control expenses through improved merchandising and customer service, and coordinate with the store leadership team on merchandising and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
