Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for overseeing store operations and crew performance at Five Below Hendersonville. Responsibilities include training crew on the BE ST customer service experience, ensuring fast, friendly checkout, assisting with stocking and receiving, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing procedures, onboarding and ongoing training, driving sales and controlling expenses, merchandising coordination with the leadership team, and maintaining store facilities and stock rooms. Requires store leadership experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility in scheduling; lifting/moving merchandise and ladder-related activities are involved.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts and travel (as required)
