Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing crew members, ensuring they deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Handle store opening and closing procedures, including cash security and alarm setup, while actively driving sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Support associates with onboarding and training on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Manage receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure efficient sales floor placement. Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning bathrooms and sweeping, and frequently move merchandise up to 25 lbs. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts at an hourly rate of $15.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
