Job Summary
Lead on-duty store leadership at Five Below in Macon, GA, focusing on training crew on the BEST customer service experience, overseeing daily activities and ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Responsible for opening/closing the store, cash handling, security, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store operations. Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance; partner with store leadership on policies and procedures and provide ongoing training to associates to improve performance. Requires management experience, strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. This role involves frequent customer interaction, store maintenance, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and overnight shifts (as required)
