Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, securing cash, and ensuring staff performance aligns with customer service standards. Direct crew members through training on the B.E.S.T. experience, handle receiving and organizing new stock, and act as Manager on Duty to address urgent issues. Drive sales growth by optimizing merchandising and staff performance while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory levels. Requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Hourly pay starts at $11.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
