Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for training crew on Five Below’s customer-service standard (B.E.S.T.), overseeing daily store activities, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout. Leads onboarding and ongoing training of associates, drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance, and maintains store operations and refreshed stock, while collaborating with the store leadership team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel as required. This is a part-time role with responsibilities that span customer experience, operations, training, and supervision in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
