Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, securing cash, and ensuring all crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience. Direct staff training on store policies and product knowledge while assisting with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to optimize sales floor presentation. Act as Manager on Duty to address urgent issues, control expenses, and drive sales through effective merchandising and staff performance optimization. Perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, and managing the stock room. Requires flexible scheduling to cover day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
