Job Summary
Support Lead at Five Below in Clearwater, FL, a part-time store leadership role focused on customer service excellence, supervising crew, training associates on the B.E.S.T. experience, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing the store, cash handling, merchandising and stock organization, and collaborating with the store leadership team to drive sales and maintain operations. Requires 1+ year of management experience, strong verbal/written communication, multitasking ability, creativity, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
