Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing the opening and closing processes, securing cash, and addressing urgent customer issues. Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkouts while driving sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Supervise receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to maintain efficient sales floor placement and perform necessary store maintenance including cleaning and waste removal. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, guiding associates through onboarding and ongoing training on store policies and product knowledge. Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
