Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing crew members, ensuring they deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash securing and alarm settings, while driving sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Manage stock by receiving, unpacking, and organizing new items to ensure efficient placement on the sales floor. Support associate onboarding and training on store policies and product knowledge. Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, and taking out garbage. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
