Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for training crew on the BEST customer service experience, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing daily store operations and staff, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, onboarding and training of associates, and driving store sales through merchandising and customer service improvements. Requires ability to multi-task, lead a team, and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced Five Below store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
