Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing crew members, ensuring they deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Handle full store opening and closing procedures, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms. Direct the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to optimize sales floor placement while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards. Drive sales growth through active merchandising optimization and staff performance management. Assist with associate onboarding and training regarding store policies and product knowledge. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs. Hourly position starting at $17.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
