Job Summary
Support lead at Five Below responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, overseeing daily store operations, assisting with opening/closing procedures, onboarding and ongoing training of associates, driving sales and improving merchandising and customer service, and ensuring a smooth, secure store environment. Requires ability to manage staff, communicate effectively, multitask across cashiering, merchandising, stock handling, and store maintenance, with flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts and occasional travel as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of management experience
