Job Summary
Support Lead at Five Below overseeing store operations and crew performance to deliver the BEST customer service. Responsibilities include training crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout; supervising daily activities of all store associates; assisting with receiving and organizing stock on the floor; acting as Manager on Duty when needed; opening/closing the store including cash security and alarms; onboarding and ongoing training of associates; driving store sales through merchandising and staff performance; collaborating with the store leadership team on merchandising and World Recovery; maintaining store cleanliness and stockroom organization; and ensuring flexible scheduling to meet business needs. Key skills include leadership, customer service excellence, effective communication, team training, merchandising, cash handling, and adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
