Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of a clinical team, directly applying skill-building and care plans; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Requires completing the 40-hour RBT course; part-time entry-level role with flexible hours and a 6-month commitment; no prior ABA experience required as training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, calm demeanor
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- No prior ABA experience needed; training provided
- 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Commitment to 6 months
