Job Summary
Resolve inventory-related issues using the Warehouse Management System and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy and integrity. Move products according to slotting requirements, complete slot moves on the computer, and ensure proper rotation of perishable items. Assist other departments in resolving discrepancies with misplaced products and collaborate with teams to address quality issues. Maintain detailed records of audit findings and communicate results to management. Adhere to safety regulations, drive a safety culture, and maintain a clean working environment while operating material handling equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM at $18.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 80-85lbs.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and twisting for up to 90% of your shift
- Frequently lifting product from various heights, including floor level to over your head
- Ability to stand or walk at least 10 hours daily
- Working in various temperature-controlled environments
- Ability to operate required material handling equipment
- Ability to get on and off equipment throughout shift
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
- Ability to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year distribution, warehouse, or selection experience
- MHE experience (Electric pallet jacks such as center riders or long forks; forklifts)
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
