Job Summary
Support Engineer (L2/L3) for automation and AI delivery, responsible for monitoring, triage, and resolution of incidents in M365 Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Platform; perform root-cause analysis, proactive optimization, governance and performance monitoring, and complex remediation including JSON parsing, API authentication, and OData filtering; own end-to-end escalation lifecycle, coordinate with Microsoft Support, and deploy hotfixes via Azure DevOps/GitHub ALM; author high-level technical docs and runbooks, mentor L1/L2 teams, and ensure security, scalability, and performance in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure Cloud apps; hybrid work arrangement with Chennai, India offices (approximately four days in office per week).
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years IT support/technical operations experience
- Minimum 2 years hands-on with M365 Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Proven understanding of AI and Azure Cloud concepts
- Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate flows
- PL-400: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (must achieve within 30 days of joining)
