Job Summary
Process inbound truck deliveries by unloading cartons, separating by department, and hanging items to ensure product readiness. Execute outbound merchandise activities, complete sensor tag applications and RFID tasks, and support inventory accuracy. Assist with facilities maintenance, lighting programs, and housekeeping while organizing tools and excess stock. Support merchandising teams with floor sets, price changes, and picking customer orders. Acknowledge customers during peak traffic and maintain operational standards through store recovery and cleanliness. Follow safety guidelines, asset protection procedures, and security protocols to minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
