Job Summary
Process inbound truck deliveries by efficiently unloading cartons, separating them by department, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Execute outbound activities, complete sensor tag applications and RFID tasks, and support inventory accuracy through product transfers and damage processing. Assist with facilities maintenance, lighting programs, and housekeeping while organizing tools and excess stock to maintain operational standards. Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor sets, promotional displays, and customer order fulfillment. Acknowledge and assist customers during peak traffic, ensuring a positive in-store experience while adhering to safety guidelines and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, moving throughout store areas and lifting up to 50 lbs.
