Job Summary
Process inbound truck deliveries by efficiently unloading cartons, separating items by department, and hanging products to ensure sales floor readiness. Execute outbound merchandise activities, complete sensor tag applications and RFID tasks, and support inventory accuracy through damage processing and product transfers. Assist facilities maintenance, lighting programs, and recycling initiatives while maintaining back-of-house organization and store cleanliness. Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor sets, promotional displays, and customer order fulfillment. Acknowledge customers during peak traffic and support store recovery efforts to uphold operational standards.
