Job Summary
Conduct installation training virtually and onsite, manage the virtual helpdesk for installation queries, and execute small-scale in-property sensor programs. Travel nationwide to clients using a full UK driving licence to support these engagements. Prioritize and diagnose IT problems while maintaining high-quality compliance with company policies. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday at the Cheltenham office with a salary between £23,000 and £32,000.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Computer literate
- Problem-solving mentality
- Ability to prioritise and diagnose IT problems
- Good command of the English language - both written and spoken
- Ability to master new technologies quickly and efficiently
