Job Summary
The Support Engineer, SAP FI/CO is responsible for providing exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications, with a focus on Finance and Controlling (FICO), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Candidates should have 5+ years of SAP experience, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integrated environments. The role requires knowledge of Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements and the ability to provide training and support to clients. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP architecture and best practices, alongside a proactive approach to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO)
- 5+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment
- Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes
- Excellent development skills using SAP toolset
- Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification(s) preferred
- Experience with localization and global implementations would be an advantage
- A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be useful
