Job Summary

Support Engineer role providing Level 1-2 IT application support to clients, acting as primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Collaborates with the R&D and QA teams by replicating reported issues and communicating findings to help bug fixing. Responsibilities include owning customer inquiries, ensuring SLA adherence, performing deep-dive analysis, documenting change requests and deployment notes, preparing weekly statistics and release notes, training users, and guiding them to troubleshoot the system. Requires strong communication, customer focus, teamwork, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders; mandarin-speaking clients’ support is a plus. Bachelor's degree or above required; located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Required Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Preferably > 1 year experience in IT Industry managing large-scale applications support
  • Able to converse with mandarin speaking clients.
