Job Summary
L2/L3 Automation Support Engineer to join the Global Automation Operations Centre (AOC) and support automation products and delivery teams worldwide. Responsible for monitoring, triage, and resolution of incidents for RPA bots and Power Platform solutions, performing advanced technical support and root cause analysis, applying PL-400 remediation for Dataverse plugins, Custom Connectors, and PCF, troubleshooting complex Power Automate flows and API authentication, owning final escalation processes, designing SQL scripts and Dataverse Web API queries to remediate data issues, authoring high-level documentation and runbooks, and overseeing governance and performance monitoring using the CoE Starter Kit. Must have 3-4 years IT/support experience, 1 year with RPA/Microsoft Power Platform, strong Power Platform development experience, SQL knowledge, incident-management tool experience, strong communication, and Microsoft certifications (PL-400 required; PL-500 preferred). Hybrid work arrangement with Chennai, India offices as the location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations role
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on exposure to or involvement with RPA technologies (UiPath, Microsoft) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Proven understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate flows
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Comfortable with monitoring tools and interpreting dashboards
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network concepts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory Certifications: PL-400; Preferred: PL-500
