Job Summary
Lead, design, and optimize the organization’s technical infrastructure and workflows by delivering scalable integrations across platforms (HubSpot, Make, CloudTalk, Landbot, Persona, etc.). Build and improve core processes, manage CRM data synchronization, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Field, and Leadership teams to scale operations for a social-impact nonprofit. Drive architecture improvements, identify bottlenecks, and promote adoption of new systems. Strong emphasis on APIs, SaaS tooling, automation, and end-to-end project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong technical orientation with experience leading integrations or complex system workflows
- Familiarity with APIs and modern SaaS tools
- Coding or software development experience a major plus
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for social impact and building tech for good
