Job Summary
Smart Office Support Engineer to maintain and support modern workplace technologies, combining traditional IT support with smart office systems (CCTV, Face Recognition, Access Control, and video conferencing). Responsibilities include provisioning, configuring, and deploying laptops/workstations; resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues; installing and maintaining operating systems and security updates; troubleshooting Windows and productivity tools; providing onsite and remote user support; troubleshooting CCTV/Face Recognition/Access Control, video conferencing, and conducting routine system checks; coordinating with vendors and internal teams; and maintaining documentation of systems and procedures. Nice-to-have items include methodical diagnostic abilities, enterprise IT exposure, ticketing experience, and cybersecurity best practices. Language skills in English are required; Russian and Greek abilities are a plus. Driving license and own car are beneficial for mobility. 30+
