Job Summary
Support Director Consultant drives membership growth and chapter success for US CORE with responsibilities including prospecting and recruiting members, retaining members, planning regional events, coordinating with Area Director, promoting BNI events and sponsorships, visiting chapters to cultivate growth, and training leadership teams. Key skills include relationship building, active listening, leadership, influence, strategic thinking, customer service, time management, planning, and MS Office proficiency. The role requires delivering growth across multiple chapters, executing regional plans, and providing ongoing reporting and support per the Area Director and CORE Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/degree or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Superb time management and planning skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
