Job Summary
Provide first line technical support including desktop and server support; solve a wide variety of issues; some specialized application support calls (training provided); carry out day-to-day network administration tasks; perform routine server maintenance; manage our network monitoring system; provide in-house technical support; work in an energized team and office environment; collaborate with Support colleagues and field consultants. Requires daily commute to the ISOutsource office in Chandler, AZ. Skills and technologies include Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server 2016 - Current, Exchange 2010 - Current, SQL 2008 - Current, Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS); familiarity with ConnectWise ticketing system; Active Directory; and a willingness to learn new technologies. Shift work is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of technical support experience preferred
- IT / Networking certification or ability to attain a certification within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver's license
