Job Summary
Front desk guest-facing support role at Skiptown. Welcome guests, answer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events; assist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins/check-outs; manage bookings and reservations using Skiptownâs software; process payments for services, memberships, and retail; promote memberships and services; keep the front desk organized; relay updates between guests and the team; document and escalate guest concerns as needed. Bonus points for customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience and familiarity with scheduling or booking software. Must be able to stand/move for extended periods and handle up to 30 lbs; comfortable around dogs and pet care environments.
