Job Summary
Support Crew (Seasonal) at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in San Antonio, TX. Core duties include food and beverage service, safe alcohol service with ID checks, theater and venue cleanliness, seat checks, ticket verification, and providing cheerful, courteous service while coordinating with production staff and guests. Responsibilities also cover maintaining safety standards, stocking supplies, performing prep and side work, and contributing to efficient operations in a fast-paced, high-touch theater environment. This role is tip-shared with BOH/FOH depending on venue, with requirements to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to move safely throughout the venue. Required Qualifications
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one weekend day)
- Ability to move in a loud, fast-paced environment; bend, crouch, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow safety and local food/beverage compliance regulations
