Job Summary

Provide family-centered counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for youth ages 0–10 and their families. Support clients to connect with natural supports and community resources while offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive services at homes, schools, and community locations. Participate in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and weekly trainings; complete mental health documentation and service tracking. Assist with transportation for school, therapy, and court hearings. Maintain a flexible schedule and provide crisis phone support as scheduled, utilizing de-escalation techniques per agency training.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience
  • High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience
  • Applicable experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field
  • At least 21 years of age
  • TB test clearance
  • Fingerprinting clearance
  • State/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Participate in providing crisis phone support as scheduled
  • Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as per Seneca's crisis response training
