Job Summary
Support Coordinator responsible for helping NDIS participants navigate plans, manage budgets, and connect with mainstream, community, and provider networks. Role includes travel across Western Sydney for in-person visits, fostering participant independence, coordinating multi-agency service delivery, researching providers, writing evidence-based progress reports, and advocating for participant funding during plan reviews. Requires driver’s license, CRM proficiency, strong communication, empathy, and a willingness to work in a small, collaborative team with KPI-driven targets (25 billable hours per week). Hybrid work arrangement with two days WFH after training/probation; office in Penrith with onsite parking; CPT-focused caseload development during ramp-up.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid Australian driver’s license
- Access to reliable, registered vehicle for community visits
- Strong knowledge around disability and the NDIS ecosystem
- Empathy, compassion and understanding for people from all walks of life
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy for managing spreadsheets, NDIS pages, CRM, and report writing
- Experience in a support or care role is advantageous, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
