Job Summary
Coordinate service delivery and volunteer deployment across Dumfries and Galloway to ensure local service development plans are implemented. Manage all aspects of volunteer engagement, including recruitment, induction, learning and development, and ongoing performance management. Contribute to business planning and coordinate continuous learning to monitor service user outcomes. Gather, analyze, and present data insights to support decision-making while driving performance and building trust within the team. Work flexible hours over three days per week, including travel to Stranraer and Dumfries, reporting directly to a Locality Manager.
