Support Coordinator - Arcadia Multispecialty Clinic - Med Surg Onc - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)

Support Coordinator II at Arcadia Multispecialty Clinic supports ambulatory clinic operations by coordinating multiple appointments across multi-specialty services, managing heavy phone activity, intake, scheduling, insurance verification and authorization, referrals management, billing support, and patient communications. Responsibilities include entering information into computer systems accurately, processing referrals and medical records, scheduling evaluations and procedures, maintaining a smooth clinical workflow, assisting with onboarding and training, and acting as a liaison between patients, caregivers, and care teams. Requires excellent customer service, strong communication, familiarity with scheduling systems (GE Centricity, Cerner, PBAR) and MS Outlook, and knowledge of insurance coverage and government programs; ability to work independently and within a team, and to adapt to changing clinic needs.
